Good job to gain experience Majority of the coworkers are great to work with Super laid back work environment as long as you get your work done

Cons

Management (a select few) is somewhat disappointing: -they allow people to be lazy with no consequences whatsoever while others are busting their behinds off - enforces CSR's to hit the minimum % for service plans sold for some (those who are getting them but doesn't enforce it on those who aren't getting whatsoever) -does not have structures and a consistent way of doing anything -severely poor work-life balance -very difficult to get a set/consistent schedule -no challenges and growth -poor communication -low pay

Corporate Needs to be More Aware of the Management in their Stores

Abides by minimum wage laws. Good employee discounts. Some great coworkers.

Cons

Management is flirting with manipulative hour scheduling to minimize compensation. Going away from the mission of customer service by monetizing it.
