Great workplace culture Clean atmosphere Good discounts on snacks/drinks and small items as employee Service plans can add a few extra dollars to your paycheck Our OPs manager was amazing

Cons

Difficult to get a pay raise even when taking on more responsibilities for multiple years Little to no discount on actual computers and laptops They prioritize numbers on name capture, email capture and selling service plans very much, making it difficult not to give the customer a hard time during transactions. Incredibly old and slow PO system + long sales pitch for service plans makes transactions tedious.

Everyone is a Sales Person

Pros

Great relationship with co-workers, good pay, pretty decent management.

Cons

Depending on where you work, the job requirements may be more of a struggle. If you have the personality of a Sales Person, you'll enjoy the constant challenge of needing to get customer's information for their internal database. If you don't believe you're a pushy person, you'll struggle to keep up with what they want.
