      It's our goal to ensure our associates know where all products are and what is in stock so they can provide customers with a complete solution. Thus, we do ask that you work on putting merchandise in its proper place so you can easily find it for customers.       Pros

      It is the best place I have ever worked in retail. Technical certifications often paid by the company. Good lateral and some horizontal movement. Good pay for the work.

      Cons

      Home office cares about sales and turntime; little else. Each location is run like a franchise, with different rules and standards in place for each location dependent on general management. This means middle-management has to deal with both home office and front-line workers problems, unnecessarily adding to their workloads and stress. This leads to wildly different customer and worker experiences between branches.
