Somewhat flexible scheduling. Decent benefits, and good discounts on certain items.

Cons

Low pay, and require cashiers to bother customers for certain information.

Closed on national holidays Better than average pay for management

Cons

No matching 401K Not opening stores, which inherently limits potential growth within the company Lackluster management--including moving some to hourly and never fully explaining the thought process behind it Disorganized merchandising Disconnected HR
