Many thanks for the great review! We pride ourselves on the knowledge all of our associates have so that they can continue to grow with us. While our base rate is $4 per hour, sales associates earn commissions, bonuses, SPIFs, etc. that typically bring hourly rates anywhere from $16-$35 per hour or more depending on your department. It is difficult to make a good wage on the commission structure, and your income isn't reliable. You are incentivized to sell rather than actually helping customers.
