Staff is flexible and mostly tolerable. Plenty of opportunity to make a decent day's pay.

Cons

The commission pay structure makes it very easy for the corporate structure to pay you very little for very real work. Since they control the schedules they're in control of how much you can earn/how much physical labor you perform for next to free. IF you raise that issue they tell you to look at the average hourly pay and tell you it's as if you're being paid X an hour. It's a barely passable excuse that doesn't hold up to scrutiny, but no one can really push back on it cause we don't really have any leverage.

We recently changed the GSA pay structure to allow associates to earn more by serving more customers while also being able to get the merchandising completed.
