You don't make enough to enjoy the discounts. You make $4 an hour and the rest is commission. This is ok pay for a kid who lives with his parents and has nothing else to do. Employees are overworked and requested to do tasks outside of job description with the threat of being fired. if you make a $10,000 sale your commission would be $250

It seems like management doesn't really care about their employees. Everyone agreed that the managers were very hypocritical, as they would say you could not socialize on the clock, and yet all they did was distract sales associates and be generally childish. Even the 18 year old employees commented on how the managers were more childish than they were.
