Pros

Great working environment with good communication and personable managers from the top down. Working with the latest and greatest in computer technology. Good pay for a commission based job. Good health benefits for single and families. Upper management is easy to access and talk with.

Cons

Some of the associates are more cut throat than others in the commission areas. The point of sales system is a bit dated but functional.

I am with Micro Center for over 14 years. Micro Center culture is far superior than other companies I have worked for. Micro Center offers best commission structures with great benefit packages. Human Resource listens and maintains work-life balance. Frequent trainings are done to stay on top of Technology industry.

Cons

Not so much of negative but its retail so you would be working weekends. However, if you are on commission pay then you would want to work during busy weekends.
