Employees are the only reason people stay.

Cons

Company only cares about making more money for themselves and not employees.

Pros

Micro Center is a great place to work for those who are interested in working for a retail establishment focused largely on computers and other relevant technologies. Being a "computer nerd", I have found many other individuals such as myself here.

Cons

The only downside I can think of in regard to working here is the same downside you will find at any other retail establishment, dealing with ridiculous customers.

Pros

Discounts Like Minded Individuals Events Being able to nerd out and be one of the first to hear about new and exciting technology being released

Cons

Some days can be hard to make your "customer quota", and it feels as though the number of people you talk to is more important than the quality of service you give them. Because of this, some employees will do whatever they can to make their quota as well as getting paid enough to make ends meet.
