Corporate continues to aggressively find ways to cut the amount they pay to associates, along with unrealistic and downright predatory expectations.

We get great reviews from associates about their co-workers and it's always nice to hear you like the group you work with. Our goal is to ensure you provide total solutions to our customers and earn a great salary for doing so. When customers get a great solution, you earn more and our Company benefits - we all win together! Our average wage in Sales is $18 - $32+ per hour depending upon which area you work in so it's not in anybody's best interest to reduce your pay. As far as web orders, our goal is to satisfy our customers and they have requested we allow them to make purchases on the web like the majority of other retailers allow. Keep in mind that most of our customers still want to speak with a sales associate even though they order on the web - the web offers a convenience to our customers but is also a way to bring more customers into your store.
