Get used to doing everyone elses work

Employee purchase and coworkers are the only things worth staying

Cons

Management is a massive negative. Other departments tasks get pushed off on to you on top of your tasks, any random tasks are made your tasks, inventory Specialist are also janitors, having to clean up and handle some of the most disgusting things Ive ever seen, building has several massive water leaks that create safety hazards every time it rains.
