Great if you love learning about applied technology and systems Meaningful encounters helping customers solve everyday problems Team members are helpful

Cons

Commission based pay forces teammates to compete and overstretch themselves - leading to burn out. No explicit upward mobility or incentive to stay long Training for ins and out the merchandise happens on your own
