      Worked here for quite a few years, excellent place to work and grow if you're willing to put in the effort.

      Cons

      Management can be a bit of a revolving door, or at least used to be. Right now it's been fairly stable.

      Nothing more than Culture

      The people and the discounts are the best part. Management is okay.

      Cons

      It feels like home office does not care about us. And the customers are absolutely terrible. Too many entitled personalities.

At times it may not come across like HO cares about the stores and the associates in them however, I can tell you that they do. Unfortunately, we cannot always control the behavior of the public who patronize our stores.
