Cons

The job is very numbers-driven. If you can't handle that, this isn't the job for you.

Great employee discount Company favors long term employment Good benefits for full time roles, including significant vacation time for long term employees

Cons

Pay is at lower end of scale Company offers one week of paid sick leave per year, but does not offer paid time off for bereavement or other life events Company hostile to work from home
