Pros

I was fortunate to work with some great staff. The flexible hours were great while I was a college student studying for exams.

Cons

The company did not pay appropriately, and it took 6 months of constant correspondence and intervention to implement a pay raise for my promotion and added responsibilities. Constantly forcing locations to cut hours and overwork employees. Terrible pay for the majority of employees.

Only pro I would say was the environment if my co workers in GS CE and BYO

Cons

Management and pay rate they are horrible, managers fired a bunch of people during covid without notice, what makes it worse is that they waive the attendance policy and still fire people without prior notice.

Coworkers are friendly Easy to learn on the job Hours are flexible

Cons

Management are close-knit and look down on sales persons Management care more about their bonuses than trying to fix problems If you aren't personally liked by the store manager then be prepared to be let go
