Great Culture, Great Management. Open door policy is great when it comes to concerns or new ideas.

Cons

Sales driven but it's a retail store, so it's a given. Other wise no cons to list.

Team members are really friendly; benefits options are great

Cons

The pay isn't quite enough for me to move out of my place as an independent adult, and web orders is something that should have two people for when it get busy; plus some parts of the store could use better organization
