- Good people to work with usually - Customers seek your guidance and respect your expertise - Good prices and discounts on some items

Cons

- Management is very demanding with expectations regarding sales and warranty quotas even for departments which are predominantly cables and small peripherals - Constant pressure to up your numbers regardless of where they are - Prioritization of sales per hour as opposed to whether a customer retains the product, they got the right product, etc. ignoring return rates completely - They will often bait-and-switch positions on you

At first it was ok working their but after like 5 years I realized it was a dead end job with no chance of me advancing past general sales , you got paid 5 dollars an hour plus commission which was never enough to pay rent or bills other then a couple months during the holidays, I do have to admit the health benefits were good though and you get an hour lunch
