Pros

In contrast, I appreciate the customer-centric approach. Having held a managerial position in large technology companies, I can confidently assert that the team and store genuinely prioritize customer satisfaction. This is evident not only from my interactions but also from the comprehensive support provided during the learning process.

Cons

Some of the training is more sink or swim and the SOP that covers it is old and would benefit from updating.

Pros

Management really makes or breaks the experience in this position. People good with time management and problem solving skills will thrive here and make a good amount of money.

Cons

Compensation is luck based, due to how the commission pay system works. Good for making money, bad for growth.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear you found the role rewarding and recognized the earning potential for individuals who bring strong time management and problem-solving skills to the Service department. Our commission-based pay structure is designed to reward performance and effort, though we understand it may feel variable at times depending on workflow and demand. That said, many of our team members build strong, successful careers here. There is absolutely room for growth, and we’re proud of the number of technicians who have advanced into leadership, training, or specialized roles within the company. We appreciate your contributions during your time with us and wish you all the best in your future endeavors. Best - Jennifer Rex - Senior HR Generalist – 614.850.3153
