Good place to start in retail although not the best to stay there long term

Pros

It's pretty laidback. You make extra from commissions (10% from each replacement plan you sell). Most of the managers are laid back.

Cons

Have to meet name and email capture each month and hit decent commission percent otherwise you have a chance of getting fired. Sometimes customers don't like giving out information so you miss out on the email capture and it ruins you. Coworkers unfortunately aren't your friends. I would definitely watch out what you say cuz it can be used against you.
