Connections, learning products, learning how to be personable, structured, and the independence of making as much as you want to pursue.

Cons

Retail, Bad customers every now and then, focus areas, $4 an hour opening and closing, not matching 401k.

Pros

1. Great pay, I believe much higher than similar jobs at Best Buy, especially now with the pandemic and increased demand for computers. 2. Friendly environment - felt a bit like a family. 3. Not boring - always something to do or someone to talk to. 4. Management (usually) pays attention to employee needs 5. As far as I'm aware there's some room for growth within the company, like to manager positions. 6. They will pay for you to get certain certifications. 7. They seem to take integrity seriously. 8. Very flexible schedule, especially as a part time worker.

Cons

1. Management is kind and reasonable with their requests, but often stretched a bit thin. They didn't spend much time getting to know me personally, which would have been nice and made me more loyal to the company.
