Pros

Good coworkers and management with a friendly environment.

Cons

A push to sell, and sometimes general sales worked too extensively with the lowest-paid role in the store.

Pros

-Good Pay! -Awesome Co Workers (Generally) -Very Good Discount - Decent Break Time So honestly pay wise and generally discount for someone that really likes buying tech stuff. It's unmatched and generally the co-workers you get to work with tend to be pretty cool. This was overall the best thing

Cons

- Horrible Management - Hiring Process - Terrible Work-Life Balance - Poor Communication - Closing Process - So a lot of my issues come from the growth of the company recently. It seems as though it's been a shift to caring about numbers, over qualifying the customer just to make these numbers. - With my location at least we had a severe loss in people working and lack of hiring had led to a lot more work being pushed off on those remains. So it leads to a lot of staying overtime to complete the task and just lead to a horrible work-life balance and made closing procedure very demanding. - There was a lot of gaslighting and favoritism. High sales numbers and volume led to favorable benefits over other coworkers that were doing less, even when using aggressive sales tactics and taking sales from other associates to meet those numbers. - Lack of communication makes it harder to coordinate and do tasks that actually needed to be done. Honestly, I could add more to the list of things that have gone wrong in the past years. I have been with the company for at least 4 years. The recent fame and attention seem to have dulled and outright killed what made the company a joy to work for and I truly hope that it returns to that at some point.
