Pay for the position was adequate but should have increased with the pandemic.

Cons

Management, DM, GM, HR were all a struggle to work with and for. Additionally, only one location in Houston made it tough.

Cons

It is retail so the experience varies on the customers that come in Long work days (9-10hrs)

Opportunity to make small commission no matter your position. Overtime is always available.

Cons

Rude co-workers; Manipulative and condescending managers; unprofessional behavior in the workplace; very stingy with raises; hypocritical when it comes to disciplining some but not all. Definite boys club. No growth opportunities past training for your current position.
