      The manager I worked with really micromanaged the team, each team member worked individually so it was less of a team where collaboration was encouraged.

      You work with people who enjoy computers and technology. Decent employee discount on some items

      Its retail, you have to deal with customers who think they're right Base pay is $4/hr Management have no idea what is happening in their stores Management is lazy and incompetent You are expected to inventory and take care of your AOR (Area of Responsibility) while being paid $4/hr. If you come in to open or you have to close you are making $4/hr for those 2 hours
