the only good thing about this job was the employee discount

Cons

be prepared to work 40+ hours a week when you are a "part-time" employee be prepared to make $4 per hour even when the store is closed and you cannot make commission be prepared to do the job of sales, cleaning crew, warehouse, stock person, you name it. all for $4 an hour the pay structure at this job should be illegal.
