Commission structure provides great pay, very independent work.

Cons

Company structure is very reliant on selling 28.9% interest rate private-label credit cards. Taking care of customers is not the company's top priority, selling credit cards it. Very hard to move up in the company. Management seems unbothered by harassment. Richard Mershad issued a very ignorant letter at the start of covid-19 lockdowns declaring that our presence to make profit was more important than isolation and our own health.

Good commission rates if you can maintain the requirements

Cons

Hourly is terrible, even worse is when you work shifts before or after close where no commission is to be made
