Pros

It's my favorite store and has a lot of amazing products to offer. You get to hang out with like minded people who share the same passion with technology. Discounts on many products and once in a while you can score some crazy deals if you keep an out out. Most of your shifts you may find yourself subconsciously shopping as you are walking through the isles. They really do care about their employees and they demonstrate that by having holiday parties and traditional food days. You will find yourself building customer relationships and get a good feeling when you can help return customers. You receive a fair amount of recognition and rewards for your accomplishments.

Cons

Black Friday is pretty crazy so get ready for that. I found it difficult to move up to a different department. The inventory can get pretty crazy with product that needs to go out on the floor. The commission is only okay, can be improved if you can implement smart selling tactics to earn the most money.

Pros

Very interesting products, very few bad customers compared to other retail, coworkers will be cool if you're into electronics or otherwise, push to sell attachments isn't very high pressure unless you're in Systems.

Cons

Technically paid $4/hr for doing non-sales tasks since your pay is based on commissions. However, I still earned significantly more than my other retail jobs despite this.
