Pros

Pros are that you will make a lot of friends in this tight knit retail store, and there is plenty of opportunity to move up if you work hard enough or are good enough at your job,

Cons

The only Cons that come to mind are typical retail store cons, occasional customers that don't value the CSR as a person.

Good culture, Most managers are cool. Decent benefits

Cons

Horrible schedules, Based on commission means that some times you'll make money big time and some other you'll be making peanuts.

forced to sell, having side work which takes time out of selling, more men than women of course
