Pros

Flexible work schedule. Management actually listens, gives good feedback and values your contributions. Great healthcare plan.

Cons

The pay could be better.

Poor Retention Rate For A Reason

Pros

Most coworkers and managers were pleasant to work with. Employee discounts are a plus.

Cons

Not enough people scheduled. Increasing restrictions in store policy. Cutbacks on employee discounts. Annoying and increased pressure to hit higher, sometimes unrealistic sales goals.

Pros

It is the best place I have ever worked in retail. Technical certifications often paid by the company. Good lateral and some horizontal movement. Good pay for the work.

Cons

Home office cares about sales and turntime; little else. Each location is run like a franchise, with different rules and standards in place for each location dependent on general management. This means middle-management has to deal with both home office and front-line workers problems, unnecessarily adding to their workloads and stress. This leads to wildly different customer and worker experiences between branches.
