1. Just about every employee in the store, sales or support, can supplement their income through sales or incentives. 2. If you're committed, you'll work in a position where you're best suited. 3. Thrived and survived where others failed - you probably won't lose your job because the company had to close stores to survive or went under. 4. More than reasonable work-life balance. 5. Employee feedback is taken into consideration and positive changes have been affected. 6. Having a manager in the building who takes on the role of evangelist is a great motivator.

Cons

1. Morale can waver at times, but problems work themselves out before things get toxic. 2. Imperfect days and difficult customers are occupational hazards. 3. Sometimes procedures that seem counterproductive are put in place for good reason, but no one can explain the reasoning.

Pros

Commission is great if you do well, so you must know your product, how to interact with others, cope with strange situations, and be quick and efficient. In BYOPC, coworkers are kind and family-like to me, unlike others that fight for commission in other areas.

Cons

Numbers really matter to the company. If you can't get your numbers up, they will replace you with a new hire or someone within the company, no matter how good of a standing you were to them before. It also depends on your management.
