      Pros

      Half the managers are there to make sure that you and the store are making as much money as possible.

      Cons

      The other half could care less about you. Also GSA need's a pay revise.

      Pros

      Great staff, great management in the call center. Help was always available when needed and I felt supported at my job. There were goals that needed to be met and if they were not met we were not scolded without talking about the circumstances. It felt like I was working with management instead of only for management.

      Cons

      Entry level position for me so I had to move on but always checking their job postings. Some stores don't work well with the call center which can be frustrating.
