Cons

policies that conflict and constantly changes, workload doesn't reflect pay since company cuts out anything that pays employee a decent wage.

Flexible hours, friendly coworkers, employee discount, health coverage available.

Cons

On your feet all day.Everything here is commissioned based. The more you sell, the more you make. The more extended warranties you sell, the more you make. The more e-mail addresses you get, the more you make. Good people are working here but there is a lot of pressure to increase the numbers. The bottom line is it is a numbers game. An extended warranty sale is a must. The store is kept open by the -- way past the closing time to get that one last sale.

Privately owned. Exciting technology and people that care about it. You get to be around some of the best consumer technology on the market.

Cons

Culture could be more professional. Gaming culture definitely steers the social environment. Hard to get things around the store fixed/replaced.
