      Not bad of a place to start out, but don't expect a career

      Pros

      - Fast paced. - Managers are generally friendly. - Coworkers are friendly. - Learn as you go, hands on with everything. - Learn how to multi-task, ticketing system, customer service skills, taking apart laptops and desktops - Certifications are paid for once you pass the test.

      Cons

      - Managers are two faced at times. - Repetitive work after 3 months. - Pay is not competitive. - You have to put in a lot of effort to make extra commission. - Co-workers slack off and you can't do anything about it. Management doesn't do anything either. - Certifications can only be paid for if it is Micro Center related. No MCSA or CCNA Certs that the will pay for.

      Pros

      Pretty great place to work overall. While management of course has their goals to reach, everything is dont with the knowledge that at the end of the day customer service is the most important aspect of retail. Co-worker relations are pretty great as well.

      Cons

      Other than the occasional irate customer, it's a tad short staffed. However management is willing to work with schedules and outside life events.

      Pros

      Good Money during holiday seasons; fun staff. Great discounts and easy on boarding process.

      Cons

      high turn over; less than 5 dollars an hour, in other words if there is no one to sell to youre not going to have a good paycheck.
