Great place to work in Your co-workers will be your best friend Discounts are nice

Cons

Management can be boat loads better. Most just think out of their behind without thinking of the consequences. Pay is minuscule to the amount of work they put you through. You will be seeing any where between $700-$1100 every other week.

Pros

Generally had a good experience at Micro Center during my tenure. Having basically no experience, they started me in General Sales, but top performers tend to move quickly and after a few others got promotions, I was promoted several months later to a higher paying position. Coworkers were almost always helpful and supportive, though sometimes dealing with customers wasn't great, that is the life of a retail job.

Cons

Towards the end of my tenure, I felt like management started to be more focused on employees and departments hitting certain sales numbers rather than helping their employees grow and learn, which would naturally help those numbers. I am sure some of it was pressure from corporate, but the change in atmosphere was part of what caused me to leave.
