Our General Sales associates operate on a commission-based structure, with a base rate of $4.00 per hour. However, when combined with commissions, the average earnings for our sales team currently come out to around $21.00 per hour company-wide. Pros

None really, some decent people you work with here and there, but will stab you in the back if they don’t like you. Your discount maybe buts it’s only really good on their product and cables mainly.

Cons

Terrible hourly, a joke of a commission structure. Sell over or close to a $100k and still make only around $21.00 The general manager, and general sales manager are the most unwelcoming people to their team members they give cold stares mainly, no welcome in today or hey how’s it going., General sales manager is a joke of a manager, clearly does not care about his team or their growth but more about their own. One senior sales individuals on the team is one of the rudest employees I’ve ever worked with , she was so rude I believe one of the newer associates decided not to return to have to deal with them. The newer associate was shocked on how she’s treated her coworkers and spoke to them in front of customers in a very condescending way. This employee creates a very toxic and unwelcoming environment as several employees have had similar issues with this individual.

the other grunts you work with are great the employee discount

Cons

management pay scale lack of advancement poor security bad infastructure power went out several times a week and pos systems were constantly down
