      Pros

      You learn a lot working with very knowledgeable and passionate people as well as being able to get your hands on cutting-edge technology as soon as it's release (and sometimes even before). Management is great and treats you with respect as long as you show up on time and do your job. You get reasonable scheduling flexibility plus an hour lunch and 2 15-minute breaks for each shift.

      Cons

      Customers who don't deserve to be taken care of as far as refunds, exchanges, service after expired return windows and without service contracts that we work so hard to sell get what they want anyway if they kick and scream enough. Kind of kills our credibility if we say no and managers say yes just to keep the peace.

      We appreciate your feedback about our management team, customers and staffing levels. Our sales hours are based on forecasted sales and we attempt to maximize our hours so staff is available for customers.
