      Pros

      Other sales associates are great to work with. The pay is pretty good for a basic job also.

      Cons

      It seems like management doesn't really care about their employees. Everyone agreed that the managers were very hypocritical, as they would say you could not socialize on the clock, and yet all they did was distract sales associates and be generally childish. Even the 18 year old employees commented on how the managers were more childish than they were.

      Pros

      It's pretty much the Disney Land of computer parts. Employee discounts. Decent full-time benefits.

      Cons

      As a general sales associate, you make a base pay with commission. However, most items in the "general" area of the store are smaller, more specific items, that take a lot of time to locate, and don't give you much commission.

      Pros

      The pay is very good for a simple cashier's position. The training is thorough and helpful, especially for the first couple of weeks on the job. The people you work with are very nice and helpful.

      Cons

      The stores are ALWAYS busy. This is the most fast paced, always moving cashier job I have had, especially around Christmas and back-to-school shopping.
