Pros

All of the people were great to work with even the managers. The managers were very flexible if you needed a day off.

Cons

The cash registers you worked with were very antiquated, not even windows based so life would be easier if they upgraded their systems and the fact that you had to stand for all of shift can be tiring on the feet.

Had some great times with co-workers during my run at Micro Center, employee discount is not bad.

Cons

Computerized tracking system for work is somewhat wonky. Constant calls in from customers that pull you away from tasks that you have to complete.

Great benefits. Great people. Great reward system. Great opportunities to educate yourself. Relaxed work environment for techs.

Cons

Ruthless productivity standards for techs. You are only allowed 5 call offs a year before disciplinary action is taken. This is regardless of whether or not you have sick time. Pay could be much better for what you are asked to do
