      Pros

      After 28 years working for the retail industry and 4 companies while working a huge amounts of hours during the Holidays hours and taking me away from my family during these special days I may say "I am very grateful for having a CEO who cares about his employees precious moments of the holidays. On top of this he just allowed us to add another Holiday day off to our calendar, New Year Day!

      Cons

      Still using old technology but we are getting better.

      Pros

      Great place to work good compensation and Heath insurance. Everyone I work with is knowledgeable and fun to work with. Love having Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and Easter off.

      Cons

      Store is a bit out of date, would be easier to sell if I had more up to date decor/fixtures.

      Nice place to work, different from most retail

      Pros

      Upper management is not so harsh on their employees like most retailers. Couple extra days each year the company is closed so employees can be with family. After the holiday rush, stores are now closed on new years day as well so staff can decompress and relax after holidays.

      Cons

      It's still working retail. :) Hours can be tough if you have a family or a busy life outside of work.
