      Pros

      Great people to work with, decent employee discount, learned a lot about computer repair, some great managers (at the time).

      Cons

      Assistant manager was difficult to work with. Never really got enough hours. Was left off the schedule for two weeks after a vacation simply because I took a vacation. Never had the benefit of the doubt no matter how many good / great reviews you get, all they care about is the surveys that are poor reviews.

      Pros

      If they like you...they will train you for jobs you never thought you would have a chance at!

      Cons

      Managers, in some cases, are only Managers because they have served their time...not necessarily because they are intelligent about what they are managing...would love to have stayed with them but clashing with the ignorance of management made it impossible.
