Having to clean and unload the truck. But whatever, somebody has to do it.

Pros

Supportive team of employees. This is a great company for those who are moving to the "experienced" stage of their career. Many home office employees have in excess of 5 years with the company. It is also a great place to develop skills.

Cons

Limited upward mobility. Since many of the upper management have been with the company in excess of 5 years, there is not a lot of career advancement potential. Also, the company is on a slow-growth plan to there are not a lot of lateral move opportunities either.
