      Flexible hours, Considerable Employee Discounts, Fun Co-Workers, Excellent Technological Working Environment, Awesome Sales-floor managers

      Questionable GM, a lot of work but not enough time, Long hours on your feet, Under appreciated, Limited to very little opportunities of pay raise

      Pros

      Fantastic atmosphere. You get to work with some fantastic people. Employee discount is great on a select few items. Getting on managers good side will make a world of difference. Management is open to listen to complains.

      Cons

      Promotions are based on friendships or cliques. Most managers are self righteous and can do no wrong. Expect to be blamed for things you didn't do. Salesmen get a base pay of $4/hr. If you work in general sales expect to do manual labor for the meager base pay. If you work in any other sales position it's okay for associates to stand around and talk, and do far less work for far more pay. Managers don't take complaints to heart.

      Great place to work. Commision based so you are on your own.

      Cons

      I hate the fact that when you sell a customer on a complete solution and items state they are in stock. And when you look for this particular item you realize it is missing. Very Frustrating.
