Good benefits and atmosphere. Great place for recent college grad who is transitioning and trying to figure out where I fit into the world. Very professional, but in a laid back kind of way.

Cons

It wasn't apparent how to move up within the company, which is fine as I viewed job as something to bide my time. However, part of me wondered how far I could go if I was given some feedback and roadmaps.

Pros

Worked in sales, as long as you are actually knowledgeable about computers, parts, and peripherals its a pretty easy stuff. Its really fun if you have an interest the aforementioned categories as well. You can meet a lot of very knowledgeable people who are often very willing to share their insights.

Cons

You'll be working more than you expect. Also, the politics really suck if you want to climb the ladder. Being friendly with the higher ups and dumping situations which waste your time is the only way to move up. If a customer is indecisive or needs a lot of attention its unfortunately going to be very detrimental if you really spend the time and effort to help them.
