      Pros

      I worked there for three and a half years and the support I had from my management team was superb. Also opportunities to move up are excellent if you show yourself to be a hard worker. At the corporate level, there are some high caliber people that will also give you support when you request it. Micro Center is one of those few places in retail that is worth it to work at.

      Cons

      I wish people would stay in their positions for a longer time.

      Pros

      Micro Electronics gives you everything you need to succeed, and loves to promote within the company. The Benefits are great, the people are great and overall it has been great working with the company. Getting to know many of my co workers, both at work and after work has created a great environment where everyone is more like equals rather than bosses/employees.

      Cons

      Pay is on the lower side of the spectrum. Still gets very crazy around the holidays because this is still a retail support operation.
