Great place to work, but it is retail so you do have evening and weekend shifts.

Lots of customers so you have potential for making decent money. There is constant training to keep you current with changing product. Friendly coworkers help to make it a fun work place.

Cons

There is somewhat limited advancement opportunities because people seem to stay with the company awhile. Stores are too crammed with product making it difficult to locate specific items.

Very customer service friendly and you get to work with great people. The atmosphere is superb. You are supplied with the tools you need to succeed. Management listens and considers new ideas.

Cons

I can't think of any cons for this career. Communication is tough at times, but that's with any large company.
