      Pros

      No Crazy hours on Black Friday due to daily competitive pricing. Work/Life Balance is easy to manage. Plenty of room for advancement if you self initiate and/or if you are willing to relocate.

      Cons

      Internet is slow and systems crash too often.

      Pros

      Since my first day of employment, I have been impressed with Micro Center. Never before, in previous employment, have I had such access to important people at Home Office. They are available to help when I need them, not just during bankers hours. I have called in the evenings and on weekends and have ALWAYS been able to get help. Also, the longevity of many associates throughout this company speaks volumes of how well Micro Center treats their employees.

      Cons

      Overall, I have very little negative input.
