Some discounts. My coworkers were good people.

Cons

4 dollar base pay, makes you stay extra time making that 4 dollar base pay while you cant sell which is ridiculous. Pay at least minimum for the hours you make us work when we can't sell.

As for the pay, all associates in our stores are compensated with at least the minimum wage rate in their state. With most of our associates surpassing the minimum rate. Micro Center has a base plus commission pay structure for sales associates, which allows for competitive wages and high earning if you take advantage of the opportunity. Pros

Very easy, people coming to the store usually know what they need and your job it to take them to the right place and sell them what they're looking for.

Cons

As a GSA you're also working truck some mornings where you make basically no money since there are no customers to sell to as the store is not open for the first 3 hours of your shift. This company works off of commission.

Good Pay for Retail, but still stuck with toxic retail management

Pay is very good for retail; on commission I averaged $22+/hr. Flew me out on business trips and conventions

Cons

Day to day management is okay to unbearable. "Figure it out" is a frequent message from management. Management is very quick to be on your back when you're doing bad, but non existent when you're doing well. I've received more support from management outside my chain of command than my direct supervisors. They only send the schedule for the next week on the Friday before, even when the computers make the schedule automatically.
