With the base pay was more Managers seem to not know what they are doing Managers are often not on your side On slow days, it’s hard to make money

Great starting job but management is running it into the ground.

Absolutely excellent co workers and an amazing environment to work in.

Cons

The management team is just outright bad. My friend had to leave because we were treated so poorly. They switched up the pay structure at one point and knocked us each down to $15/hour. Happy to say we're both in proper IT jobs following that making over double
