Pros

Everyone seems to stay for 6 months or quit within a month because corporate wants to grind every ounce of work they can from their technicians whether they are comfortable with it or not.

Cons

Corporate changes things in the fly and expect everything to be done immediately. Often have to start things and have others finish the tasks which causes confusion.

Amazing co-workers, Potential to make alot of money. Great employee perks

Cons

Management can be very biased to specific people, Pay can be really bad. Managment posistion are typically outside hires Fidning out how you get paid is super difficult

Pros

-Low base pay but opportunities for raises and commissions -Good (although eventually tedious) job training -General atmosphere -Employee discount -Fun for computer nerds

Cons

-Still a customer service job, so there will be annoying people -Sales quotas can cause pressure -Departments/Managers can seem rough on each other due to above reason
