Pros

You'll meet people who can teach you a lot, and everyone there is really nice and fun to talk to.

Cons

Management isn't well coordinated and often blames their shortcomings on their employees. They don't help employees who are being harassed or stalked by customers. They also have whole months where they prohibit anyone asking for time off which makes seeing family during holidays really difficult to coordinate.

We've recently implemented a policy change where PTO accrual starts from the day you're hired, addressing your point about the initial waiting period. Regarding the office layout, while we don't currently have windows, we do offer a small outdoor space for breaks and our Hilliard location is situated in a walkable area. We appreciate your feedback on remote work for the Merchandise Specialist position.
