Outdated culture and slow decision making

Large global company with well known products. Can be a stable workplace for people who prefer a slow-paced environment.

Cons

Very bureaucratic organization with many legacy systems and processes. Decision making is extremely slow and innovation is limited. Communication between teams and management is often unclear. Work can feel stagnant with limited opportunities to drive change.
